The presentation of products in this shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. A contract is concluded once the order is confirmed
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders from Switzerland.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Each piece is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns & Refunds
Each piece of jewelry is handmade, which makes every item unique.
For this reason, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective or not as described
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including:
- your order number
- a short description
- clear photos of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will offer either:
- a replacement (if possible), or
- a refund
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
